At Streets Ahead Hair we understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to

change your appointment, but we do ask that at least 24 hours notice is given. 

Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your booked appointment. 

If we do need to charge you the cancellation fee, you may be asked to pay a deposit for future appointments.

Appointments over 3 hours will require a 50% deposit. This deposit is transferable (once only)

should you need to change your appointment, but only if at least 24 hours prior to your due

appointment. If its inside the 24 hour time frame, your deposit will be forfeited.
